Access Your Accounts Online
To access your accounts online, you must first apply for Online Banking. You can apply in person at the bank or online. After you have requested online access to your accounts, you will receive your startup information by mail within a few business days.

Bill Pay

Account Alerts
Set up account alerts using the “Alert” tab. You can be notified via text or e-mail when a deposit posts to your account, when your balance gets down to a certain amount, when a loan payment is due or past due. Simply click on Alert, choose the type of alert, DDA(checking), SAV(savings), or LAS(loans). Click Set-up New, Choose the Category and the Type of Alert that you wish to create. Complete the Set-up Form and click Finish. Message and data rates may apply.

Online Banking lets you transfer money, pay loans, check account balances, view statements, and more with the use of a personal computer and Internet access.
Customers of Shell Lake State Bank can sign up for this free service by filling out the Online Application or stop by any of the Shell Lake State Bank branches and fill out an application. After you sign up, you will receive your startup information by mail within a few business days.
The first time that you log in to Shell Lake State Bank’s Online Banking, your USERNAME is an account number such as your checking account, savings account, loan, etc. that you have with the Bank. After the first time that you log in, you will use the USERNAME that you have created.
First, you must have at least (1) account with the Bank. An account can be any one or more of the following: Checking, Savings, Loan, or Certificate of Deposit.
You need a PC, Internet access, and a secure Internet browser such as Microsoft® Internet Explorer 11.0 or higher or Mozilla Firefox version 75.0 or higher. These browsers support secure transactions using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) SSL uses 128-bit encryption which is required. If you do not have a browser that supports 128-bit encryption, you can find a newer version for Internet Explorer or Firefox. Shell Lake State Bank Online Banking is best viewed with 800X600 resolution and Internet Explorer.
Click on the Forgot Password button. (If you do not receive an email in your inbox, check your junk folder.)
To change your password, log into your online banking account and click the “Options” button.
If your Bill Pay account is not accessed for a period of 90 days it will be considered inactive and will be deleted from our system. If your account is deleted for inactivity, you will need to contact our Bookkeeping Department at 715-468-7858 to have your Bill Pay account reactivated.
If your online banking account is not accessed for a period of 1 year it will be considered inactive and will be deleted from our system. This is an automated process and Shell Lake State Bank does not track inactivity. If your account is deleted for inactivity, you will be required to reapply for online banking.
Export transaction information for use with a personal finance application, such as Microsoft Money.
Log in to Online Banking.
Click on the account you want to export.
Under “Transactions”, click on the “Transactions Menu”
To Export transactions into a personal application, complete the
Transaction Search options on the Transaction Menu screen, then click
the “Export” button to complete the export process.
Or, click the “Display” button to display a complete list of transactions.
Select the “Export” check box for each item to be exported.
If the check box in the title bar is selected, all displayed items
are automatically selected for export. If the check box is then
deselected, all displayed items will not be exported.
