Customer Service Representatives build relationships with customers. Strong client relationships are based on trust, assessing and attending to customers’ banking needs, obtaining and processing customer and account information, educating clients on available deposit products and services, and recommending financial solutions based on each customer’s unique goals and needs. Support client’s banking needs by completing a variety of teller transactions in compliance with all applicable standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Other key responsibilities include maintaining quality service standards, addressing client questions and resolving basic issues, maintaining and balancing a cash drawer within standards They are also responsible for opening accounts, and opening and/or closing the branch.
