Online Banking lets you transfer money, pay loans, check account balances, view statements and more with the use of a personal computer and internet access.
Customers of Shell Lake State Bank can sign up for this free service by filling out the Online Application
First you must have at least (1) account with the Bank. An account can be any one or more of the following: Checking, Savings, Loan, or Certificate of Deposit.
You need a PC, Internet access, and a secure browser such as Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Chrome.
Click on the Forgot Password button. (If you do not receive an email in your inbox, check your spam folder.)
To change your password, log into your online banking account and click the “Profile” button.
If your online banking account is not accessed for a period of one(1) year it will be considered inactive and will be deleted from our system. This is an automated process and Shell Lake State Bank does not track inactivity. If your account is deleted for inactivity, you will be required to reapply for online banking.
If you Bill Pay account is not accessed for a period of 90 days it will be considered inactive and will be deleted from our system. If your Bill Pay account is deleted from inactivity, you will need to contact our Bookkeeping Department at (715) 468-7858 to have your Bill Pay account reactivated.
Export transaction information for use with a personal finance application, such as Quicken tm.
Note: only current and previous statement information is available for exporting.
Login to Online Banking.
Click on the account you want to export.
Under “Transaction”, click on the “Transactions Menu”.
To export transactions into a personal application, complete the Transaction Search options on the “Transaction Menu” screen, the click the “Export” button to complete the export process, or , click the “Display” button to display a complete list of transactions.
Select the “Export” check box for each item to be exported. If the check box in the title bar is selected, all displayed items are automatically selected for export. If the check box is then deselected, all displayed items will not be exported.
There are three types of transfer formats that can be selected from the drop-down transfer list box. The list below details the format type and its’ associated program.
